Model: SE 1250-45-11

Pump type
SE 1250-45-11

The SE 1250-45-11 pump and the unit based on it are designed for pumping water in district heating networks. The water must not contain solid particles larger than 0.2 mm and with a concentration exceeding 5 mg/L.

The pumps are manufactured in the UHL climate version — intended for macroclimatic regions with moderate and cold climates, placement category 4 — operation in rooms (volumes) with artificially controlled climatic conditions according to GOST 15150-69.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR SE 1250-45-11 PUMP DESIGN

  • High reliability and cost-effectiveness
  • External tightness and absence of internal leaks at rotor and stator joints
  • Long service life – mean time to overhaul not less than 31,500 hours (when all maintenance requirements are met)
  • Dynamic stability across the entire operating range
  • Stable, continuously decreasing head curve for reliable operation when pumps are connected in parallel
  • Ease of assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and high serviceability under operating conditions

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES OF THE SE 1250-45-11 PUMP

  • Horizontal design providing high vibration resistance, reduced shaft misalignment, and extended service life of components
  • Spiral type with horizontal split along the pump axis, allowing easy maintenance, assembly, and operation. Inlet and discharge nozzles are located at the bottom for pump assembly/disassembly without disconnecting pipelines
  • Single-stage with a double-suction impeller made of two halves
  • Pump casing is a complex cast iron structure in two parts (pump cover and pump body), with semi-spiral inlet channels and double-spiral discharge, including chambers (thermal barriers) for cooling fluid supply and discharge to mechanical seals. Bottom section includes inlet/discharge nozzles, support feet, trough-like brackets for leakage collection, and bearing mounts. Support feet are close to the pump axis to minimize misalignment during heating. A longitudinal keyway fixes the casing to the foundation frame for directed thermal expansion
  • Rotor is a separate assembly consisting of shaft, double-suction impeller in two halves, bushings, protective bushings, bearings, and half-coupling. Axial movement of the impeller is fixed with bushings and protective bushings with round nuts. Thermal gaps compensate for thermal expansion of rotor components
  • Rotor is axially unloaded using the double-suction impeller
  • Rotor bearings are sliding bearings. Drive-side bearing handles radial loads; the other bearing is a combination of sliding and double-row angular contact ball bearing for radial and residual axial loads. Lubrication is liquid, ring-type (sump) with oil rings. Cooling jackets are provided in the bearing housings
  • Mechanical seals are of gland type with a seal ring. Cooling and prevention of air suction are provided by circulation chambers and supply holes for pressurized cooling fluid
  • Torque is transmitted from motor to pump via flexible sleeve-finger coupling

MATERIAL EXECUTION OF THE SE 1250-45-11 PUMP BY CHT SLOVAKIA S.R.O.

High reliability, durability, and efficiency are ensured by high-quality materials. Pump casing and bearing housings are made of cast iron СЧ200 for strength and corrosion resistance. Shaft is made of heat-treated steel 40Х for high strength and wear resistance. Impeller and protective bushings are made of stainless steel 20Х13; sealing rings – stainless steel 30Х13, ensuring efficiency and long service life.

ADDITIONAL SUPPLY OPTIONS FOR SE 1250-45-11 PUMP
