The SE 2500-60-11-1 pump and the unit based on it are designed for pumping water in heating networks. The water must not contain solid particles larger than 0.2 mm or in concentrations greater than 5 mg/l.
The pumps are manufactured in the UHL climate version — intended for macroclimatic regions with moderate and cold climates, placement category 4 — operation in rooms (volumes) with artificially controlled climatic conditions according to GOST 15150-69.

APPLICATION OF THE SÉ 2500-60-11-1 NETWORK PUMP
The network pump belongs to a special group of energy pumps. Its main feature is the ability to operate under significant fluctuations in the temperature of the supplied water and a wide range of flow rates. The pump is designed for pumping water at temperatures up to 158 °C in district heating networks.

DESIGN FEATURES OF THE SÉ 2500-60-11-1 NETWORK PUMP
- Horizontal layout – provides high vibration resistance, reduces shaft misalignment, and extends service life of components
- Spiral casing with horizontal split along the pump axis – ensures high maintainability and ease of service and installation
- Single-stage pump with double-suction impeller made of two halves
- Pump casing – cast from high-strength cast iron (SCh200), includes semi-spiral inlet and double-spiral outlet channels, cooling chambers for mechanical seals, inlet and outlet nozzles, support feet, and brackets for bearing mounts
- Rotor assembly – consists of shaft, double-suction impeller, bushings, protective bushings, bearings, and half-coupling; axial displacement is compensated by thermal gaps
- Rotor axial load compensation – double-suction impeller design
- Bearings – roller cylindrical radial bearing on the drive side, two single-row angular contact ball bearings on the opposite side; lubricated with ring oil system, with cooling coils for water circulation
- Mechanical seals – gland type with sealing ring, including cooling passages to prevent air ingress
- Torque transmission – via flexible sleeve-pin coupling
