The SE 800-100-11-C pump and the unit based on it are designed for pumping water in district heating networks. The water should not contain solid particles larger than 0.2 mm or exceed a concentration of 5 mg/l.
The pumps are manufactured in the UHL climatic version — intended for macroclimatic regions with moderate and cold climates, placement category 4 — operation in indoor spaces with artificially controlled climate conditions according to GOST 15150-69.

APPLICATION OF SE 800-100-11 NETWORK PUMP
The network pump belongs to a special group of power pumps, characterized by fluctuations in the temperature of the supplied water over a wide range of flows. It is designed to pump water at temperatures up to 180 °C in district heating networks.

The SE 800-100-11 network pump is driven by an asynchronous electric motor with a squirrel-cage rotor rated at 315 kW. The overall system efficiency (η) is 76%.

- High reliability and efficiency;
- External tightness and absence of internal leaks at rotor and stator joints;
- Long service life – mean time to major overhaul not less than 40,000 hours (with proper maintenance);
- Dynamic stability across all operating modes;
- Stable, continuously decreasing head curve to ensure stable operation when pumps are connected in parallel;
- Ease of assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and high reparability under operating conditions.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES OF THE SE 800-100-11 NETWORK PUMP:
- Horizontal design ensures high vibration resistance, reduces shaft misalignment, and extends service life of components;
- Spiral casing with horizontal split along the pump axis for high maintainability, easy service, and installation; inlet and outlet nozzles at the bottom allow assembly/disassembly without disconnecting pipelines;
- Two-stage pump with double-suction impellers;
- Pump casing is a complex cast iron assembly (cover and body) with semi-spiral suction and spiral discharge channels; a transfer pipe connects water from the first to the second stage; inlet and outlet nozzles, support feet, and trough-shaped brackets for leak collection are integrated; support feet are close to the pump axis to reduce misalignment during heating; two pins in the lower casing fix the body to the foundation and allow guided thermal expansion;
- Rotor is a separate assembly with shaft, two double-suction impellers, protective sleeves, stuffing box sleeves, bearings, and half-coupling; impellers are axially fixed via sleeves and nuts; thermal expansion gaps are provided;
- Rotor is axially unloaded via double-suction impellers;
- Rotor supported by external rolling bearings: drive side – single-row radial ball bearing for radial loads; other side – double-row angular contact ball bearing for radial and residual axial loads; bearings are lubricated with ring (sump) oil; bearing housings have water cooling channels and coils;
- Mechanical seals of stuffing box type with cooling channels for pressurized fluid; second stage seal is unloaded via a relief pipe to the first stage inlet;
- Torque is transmitted from motor to pump via flexible sleeve-pin coupling.

Reliability, durability, and efficiency are ensured by high-quality materials: pump casing, transfer pipe, impellers, diaphragms, sealing rings, bearing housings – cast iron СЧ200; pump shaft – heat-treated 40Х steel; stuffing box sleeves – stainless steel 20Х13; protective sleeves and bushings – carbon steel 20 and 45.
