The centrifugal pump D 6300-80-2-C and the electropump unit based on it are designed for pumping water and liquids with properties similar to water in terms of viscosity and chemical activity, with temperatures up to 85°C, containing solid inclusions not exceeding 0.05% by mass, with a maximum particle size of 0.2 mm, and microhardness not exceeding 6.5 MPa (650 kgf/mm²).
The pumps are manufactured in the UHL climatic version — intended for macroclimatic regions with temperate and cold climates, placement category 4 — operation in rooms (volumes) with artificially regulated climatic conditions according to GOST 15150-69.

Structural Features
- Horizontal design ensures high vibration resistance, reduces shaft misalignment risk, and increases component service life.
- Volute casing with a horizontal split along the pump axis ensures high maintainability, easy service, installation, and operation. The inlet and discharge nozzles at the lower casing allow assembly/disassembly without disconnecting pipelines.
- Single-stage with double-suction impeller.
- Pump casing is a complex cast iron structure in two parts (upper – pump cover, lower – pump body), with semi-spiral inlet and spiral outlet channels. Inlet and outlet nozzles, support feet, drip trays, and bearing mounts are cast in the lower part. Inlet and outlet nozzles are oriented oppositely, perpendicular to the pump shaft.
- Rotor is a separate assembly, consisting of shaft, impeller, inlet and protective sleeves, bearings, fasteners, and pump half-coupling. Axial position of the impeller on the shaft is fixed via inlet and protective sleeves with round nuts.
- Double-suction impeller reduces axial load on the rotor and improves cavitation performance.
- Rotor supported by sliding bearings. Drive-side bearing takes radial loads; opposite side has a sliding bearing plus two single-row radial-thrust ball bearings for radial and residual axial loads. Bearings are lubricated with oil (ring lubrication), cooled by water; bearing housings have dedicated chambers.
- Shaft seals are gland-type with hydraulic barrier. Sealing fluid is supplied to the seal barrier ring.
- Torque transmitted from motor to pump via flexible sleeve-finger coupling.

- Pump shaft – alloy steel 40Х.
