CENTRIFUGAL PUMP TSN 400-210
The TSN 400-210-C centrifugal pump and the electric pump unit based on it are designed for pumping water and liquids with properties similar to water in terms of viscosity and chemical activity, with temperatures up to 373 K (100º C), solid content by mass up to 0.05%, and a maximum particle size of 0.2 mm.
The pumps are manufactured in climatic version UHL — intended for macroclimatic regions with moderate and cold climates, placement category 4 — operation in spaces with artificially controlled climatic conditions according to GOST 15150-69.

APPLICABILITY OF TSN 400-210 PUMP
The pump belongs to the general-purpose pump group and is designed for pumping water and liquids with properties similar to water in terms of viscosity and chemical activity, with temperatures up to 100 °C, solid content by mass not exceeding 0.05%, maximum particle size of 0.2 mm, and microhardness not exceeding 6.5 MPa (650 kgf/mm²) in water supply systems of industrial and municipal facilities, as well as in agriculture and land reclamation for irrigation and drainage, among other applications.

DRIVE
Asynchronous three-phase induction motors with squirrel-cage rotors are used to drive the TSN 400-210 pump and its versions.

DESIGN FEATURES OF TSN 400-210 PUMP:
- Horizontal design: ensures high vibration resistance, reduces shaft misalignment risk, and extends component service life;
- Spiral type with horizontal split along the pump axis: allows high maintainability, easy service and installation. Inlet and discharge nozzles located at the bottom and horizontal split allow assembly/disassembly without disconnecting pipelines;
- Four-stage with single-entry impellers;
- Pump casing: complex cast iron structure in two parts (upper – pump cover, lower – pump body) with semi-spiral inlet channels, spiral outlet, and inter-stage transfer channels. Bottom includes inlet/discharge nozzles, support feet, leak collection trays, and bearing mounts. Nozzles are opposite each other, perpendicular to the pump axis. Stage cavities separated by diaphragms and sealing ring;
- Rotor: separate assembly including shaft, impellers, protective bushings, rings, bearings, fasteners, and half-coupling. Impellers secured against axial movement with split rings;
- Symmetric impeller arrangement (discs facing each other) unloads rotor from axial forces;
- Bearings: external rolling bearings. Drive-side bearing (single-row radial ball) handles radial loads; other side (double-row angular contact ball) handles radial and residual axial loads. Lubrication: grease; cooling: air;
- Mechanical gland-type seals with hydraulic seal supply;
- Torque transmission from motor to pump via flexible pin-bushing coupling.
