CN Pump CN 1000-180-3-c and the electropump unit based on it are designed for pumping water and liquids with properties similar to water in viscosity and chemical activity, with temperatures up to 373 k (100º c), solid content up to 0.05% by mass, and maximum particle size of 0.2 mm.
The pumps are manufactured in uhl climatic version — intended for macroclimatic regions with moderate and cold climate, installation category 4 — operation in rooms (volumes) with artificially controlled climatic conditions according to GOST 15150-69.

APPLICABILITY OF PUMP CN 1000-180-3

The pump belongs to the general-purpose pump group and is designed for pumping water and water-like liquids in terms of viscosity and chemical activity, with a temperature up to 100 °C, solid content up to 0.05% by weight, maximum particle size of 0.2 mm, and microhardness not exceeding 6.5 MPa (650 kgf/mm²). It is used in water supply systems for industrial and municipal facilities, agriculture, land reclamation for irrigation and drainage, and other areas.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

  • Symmetrical arrangement of impellers relieves rotor from axial forces;
  • External rolling bearings with grease lubrication and air cooling;
