Purpose and Application
The PE 90-180 feedwater pump is a centrifugal pump designed to supply superheated water to stationary steam boilers with absolute steam pressure up to 6.2 MPa (63 kgf/cm²). It is used in thermal power plant units, as well as in waste-heat boilers at power plants with combined-cycle and steam-driven installations.

Materials of Construction
- Pump Body, Sections, and Bearings: Cast iron СЧ20 (ГОСТ 1412) – corrosion-resistant and strong
- Rotor Shaft: Heat-treated steel 40Х – high strength and wear resistance
- Impellers: 25Л cast iron or stainless steel 20Х13 – durable and corrosion-resistant

- Mechanical Seals: Replace traditional gland packing, reduce leaks, increase reliability
- Bearings in Pumped Medium: Simplify maintenance and extend service intervals
- VDS Monitoring System: Vibration, axial displacement, speed, and temperature sensors for predictive maintenance
