Pump type PE 270-150-3

Feed pumps PE 270-150-3 are designed to supply feedwater to medium and high pressure steam generators with a temperature not exceeding 438K (165°C), hydrogen index pH 7…9.5, solid particle content not more than 5 mg/l, size not more than 0.1 mm, as well as other neutral liquids similar to feedwater in viscosity and chemical activity.

PE pumps by design are horizontal, centrifugal, multistage, sectional. Axial forces of the rotors are unloaded by means of a hydraulic thrust bearing. End seals of the rotors are mechanical or gland type. Rotor supports are external sliding bearings with forced or ring lubrication. Torque from the motor to the pump is transmitted through a gear coupling.

Pump type PE 380-200-5

The PE 380-200-5 pump is a high-pressure centrifugal multistage unit (double-casing), designed for supplying feed water to stationary steam boilers of thermal power plants. It is characterized by reliability, energy efficiency, and adaptability to harsh operating conditions. Key features include:

  • Design: Double-casing configuration with multistage sections, ensuring even load distribution and minimizing vibrations. Modifications with a hydraulic coupling (for axial force compensation) and without it are available, which simplifies adaptation to specific systems.
  • Performance and parameters: Capacity — 380 m³/h, head — 2190 m, rotational speed — 2976 rpm. Efficiency up to 80%, which reduces energy consumption. Electric motor power — 3150 kW. Allowable cavitation margin — not more than 12 m, maximum liquid temperature — up to 165 °C.
  • Reliability and durability: Made of high-quality steel, resistant to corrosion and mechanical loads. Service life — up to 20 years with proper operation. Modular design simplifies maintenance and repair.
  • Energy efficiency: High efficiency (80%) and optimized design reduce electricity costs, making the pump ideal for large industrial facilities.
  • Environmental friendliness and safety: Complies with international standards for noise and emissions. Ensures stable operation in high-pressure systems without risks for equipment.
  • Dimensions and weight: Weight — 20760 kg, dimensions — 8370 × 1635 × 1900 mm, which requires special installation but facilitates integration into industrial complexes.

This pump is widely used in thermal power engineering, chemical, oil and gas, and metallurgical industries for pumping hot water under high pressure. If you need more detailed technical characteristics or consultation on selection, contact the manufacturer CHT Slovakia s.r.o.
